The Idea

Pick one skill. Give it 21 days.

Habit 21 is a progressive push-up challenge. Understand your technique, build chest, shoulder, arm and core strength, and develop the control that supports future bodyweight skills.

Why work on your push-up?

A push-up is more than a repetition.

Four foundations help you move with strength and control.

Questions

Frequently Asked questions

Before you join
I cannot do even one push-up. Is this for me?

Yes. Start with wall or elevated push-up variations and build from your current level.

Do I need to be strong already?

No. The challenge develops strength, control and technique through appropriate progressions.

Is this only for beginners?

No. Experienced practitioners can refine alignment, range and control.

How much time do I need?

Allow 12–15 minutes for each daily video, plus the four live Zoom sessions.

What equipment do I need?

A little space, a wall or stable elevated surface. Specialised equipment is not necessary.

Will I get feedback?

Live sessions include technique corrections, progress reviews and next-step guidance.

Will I achieve a full push-up in 21 days?

Results vary by starting point, consistency and capacity; a full push-up is not guaranteed.

What if I miss a session?

Confirm the video-access and live-replay policy with the organisers before enrolling.

Will this help with handstands?

Improved pushing strength may support advanced training, but handstand push-ups are not an outcome promised here.

What if I have pain or an injury?

Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before joining, and stop movements that cause sharp or worsening pain.

What happens after Day 21?

Review your progress and identify the next suitable push-up progression.
