Project21 is a 21-day L-Sit challenge. Choose one skill, practise 10–15 minutes a day, and build what it takes — with guided L-Sit training every step of the way.
Four pieces come together to build a strong, controlled L-Sit.
Not a random routine — a structured build, week by week.
The goal isn't perfection by Day 21 — it's progress you can see and a practice you can continue.
Daily guided practices, 10–15 minutes a day.
Guidance and feedback throughout, Day 01 to Day 21.
See your movement build from Day 1 to Day 21.
Support and accountability the whole way through.
No L-Sit experience needed.

"You don't need to be strong enough to do the L-Sit on Day 1. You just need to start building what it takes."
@[instagram_handle]Yes. This is a step-by-step progressive approach for complete beginners — no prior L-Sit experience is needed. You'll start exactly where you are.
Progress varies based on your current strength, mobility, body awareness and effort during the daily practice. Many students see real progress by Day 21, but individual results are not guaranteed.
A yoga mat or comfortable floor space is enough to begin. Parallettes or blocks are optional and can be introduced later in the programme.
